You can upgrade weapons and items in the Shrine of Omnissiah. Here awaits you, tech-Priest Hadron Omega-7-7. He'll help you with crafting if you have enough resources for upgrades and blessings. You need two resources, called Diamantine and Plasteel, for crafting. For better results, you'll need more resources. You can pick up resources while on missions in Warhammer 40K: Darktide. You'll need to refine the weapon or curio multiple times to find the best Perk available. Each refinement process costs more resources.
