Like a Dragon: Ishin! takes the fan-favorite characters from previous Yakuza games and reworks them into a brand new story. Unlike the previous games, however, there are a few differences. As an example, instead of utilizing Kiryu's signature styles, you also have the choice between firearms and swords. As a result, you can craft some incredible weapons to make traveling through Kyo a much smoother experience. How to get crafting materials in Yakuza Like a Dragon Ishin
The first thing that you'll want to do to get the best crafting materials is reach Chapter 4, titled Joint Struggle, when Ryoma becomes a Shinsengumi captain. After receiving your captain's uniform, Ryoma will receive a range of different crafting materials and gear before heading to Teradaya in Fushimi.
At this point, you will want to complete as many substories and engage in as many street fights as possible to earn even more crafting materials and gear. The higher your rank in combat, the better the crafting materials you receive are, meaning that obtaining a Godly rank would be your best bet. Although the Wild Dance style is the weakest of the four combat styles, we found that utilizing it made combat go by quicker, making earning crafting materials and gear easier.
