Is Yakuza leaving game pass?

The Game Pass catalog is changing.

Microsoft's Xbox Game Pass is constantly adding new games, but they have to remove some of them from time to time. It's like Netflix, so some beloved games are discarded out of contractual obligation.

Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami 1, and Yakuza Kiwami 2 will be leaving Xbox Game Pass on Dec. 31, 2021. Additionally, The Little Acre and Pro Evolution Soccer 2021 is also leaving Game Pass.

Other Yakuza games will remain for now, but hurry up and play them if you haven't tried them all.

You can also buy the Yakuza games at a discount:

  • Yakuza 0 is normally $19.99 but is on sale until Dec. 31 for $4.99
  • Yakuza Kiwami is normally $19.99 but is only $15.99 with Game Pass
  • Yakuza Kiwami 2 is normally $19.99 but is only $15.99 with Game Pass

Yakuza 3, 4, 5, 6, and Yakuza: Like A Dragon are the only titles left. Yakuza games are among the best on Xbox Game Pass. It's a niche game, but it's been loved by many. Let's hope that a replacement can fill the void.
