The best way to defeat Flame Gleeoks is to strike each with an arrow fused with an ice-type item, like Ice Fruit or White ChuChu Jelly. This takes advantage of its elemental weakness. If you strike all three heads fast enough, it will stun the Flame Gleeok and drop it to the ground, where you can wail on it.

Unlike the Frost and Flame Gleeok, the Thunder Gleeok's weakness isn't as obvious. You need to use powerful items, like Gibdo Bones, and fuse them with arrows. How to beat King Gleeoks in Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)

King Gleeoks have much more health than the other types of Gleeoks. This makes them challenging enough, but you must also deal with each element. This means you must use fire, ice, and powerful attacks to stun the heads. Other than that, the fight remains mostly the same, where you need to stun the Gleeok and bring it to the ground where you can attack it.
