The portal will transport you to the volcanic Basalt Delta biome. What makes this seed especially tempting is its close proximity to both a Nether Fortress as well as a Bastion Remnant.

The portal leads you to a point close to a fortress with a long hallway housing four Blaze Spawners for you to collect. Thanks to the length of this hallway, you can also use it to start building a Nether railway system, helping you zip across Minecraft's underworld at record speeds.
