Method 1 - Get as a drop from the Cosmic Being Boss
The Cosmic Being Boss has a chance of dropping the Cosmic Being Spec when defeated. The exact drop chance is unknown. It was quite high when the Sea 2 update dropped, but the drop chances have now been nerfed.

Method 2 - Purchase from the Cosmic Being Seller NPC
You can also get the Cosmic Bring Spec by talking to the Cosmic Being Trainer NPC at Punch Island. You’ll find the NPC standing on top of a building just across from the Set Spawn crystal at Punch Island.

How to Unlock Cosmic Being F Move in Sailor Piece
After obtaining the Cosmic Being in Sailor Piece, go to the left corner of the Punch Island to find and talk to the Cosmic Being Master NPC. Talk to him to start and complete the following questline to unlock the Cosmic Being F move:
- Defeat the Cosmic Being Boss 15 times.
- Reach Infinite Tower Floor 90+ 5 times.
- Obtain the Astal Bloodline.
After completing the questline, you’ll have access to the Cosmic Being F Move and get a +30% Damage buff for the Cosmic Being Spec.
Where is the Cosmic Being Boss in Sailor Piece
The Cosmic Being Boss is essential to the grind for obtaining the Cosmic Being Spec in Sailor Piece. To fight him, you’ll have to go to Punch Island on Sea 2 and go to the centre of the island. The Cosmic Being spawns every 30 minutes (server time).
The boss spawns with 500 billion health and is one of the hardest bosses to defeat because of the massive health pool and the passive that activates every time the boss losses 25% health.
Below are the four possible passives, and the boss can activate any one of them:
- Harden: Gains a 10% Damage Reduction, which stacks on top of the boss's base 40% Damage Reduction.
- Rage: Gains a 25% Damage buff.
- Accelerate: Gains a 25% movement speed buff (only increases movement speed).
- Regenerate: Regenerates 10% of lost HP.

The Cosmic Being title can be obtained as a drop from the Cosmic Being boss at Punch Island in Sea 2. When equipped, the title buffs your damage by +95%.
The Cosmic Body is an accessory dropped by the Cosmic Being Boss, and it gives the following buffs at E0: +120% Defense, +97% Damage, and +15% Damage Reduction.
The Astral Bloodline is a Legendary Bloodline, and you can obtain it by using the Bloodline Stones. Bloodline Stones are dropped by all mobs and bosses of Sea 2, including the Sea Beasts.
