In Eastward, you can play an arcade game called Earth Born. This is a tough-as-nails game that is similar to old-school JRPGs like Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy. Next to the arcade game, you can find what appears to be a gumball machine. Instead of gumballs, however, the machine contains Pixballs!
Pixballs function similar to amiibo but work for Earth Born. There are many different kinds to collect and use. You will need tokens to use the Pixball machine. Each machine will show you the Third Prize, Second Prize, and First Prize, which are common, rare, and super rare, respectively. You can see all the Pixballs in Eastward below. We will update the list with more information when it is available.

| True Demon King | Stun | Stuns all enemies. |
| Fat Dragon | Boss Fight | Unlocks a boss fight at the high-level caves and rewards the player with gear. |
| Sea Dragon | Boss Fight | Unlocks a boss fight at the high-level caves and rewards the player with gear. |
| Bone Dragon | Boss Fight | Unlocks a boss fight at the high-level caves and rewards the player with gear. |
| Azure Dragon | Boss Fight | Unlocks a boss fight at the high-level caves and rewards the player with gear. |
| Pixel King | Healing | All damage taken in the current turn is transformed into HP. |
