Unfortunately, there's no easy or readily accessible way for users to create their own accessories in Roblox beyond just shirts and pants. It is possible but requires a great deal of time and effort for it to be successful. It also requires computer sculpting and design programs such as Blender and the creation of Meshes and 3D models.
