Where to find Arceus in Pokémon Legends: Arceus

Pokémon Legends: Arceus is the latest installment in the Pokémon mainline franchise, and players will once again be aiming to complete the Pokédex by scouring each of the game's locales for the Hisui region's wildlife, should players make it to the post-game, there are several Legendary Pokémon that await them, including Arceus.

Arceus's Location

Players can only encounter Arceus after they've completed the Hisui region's Pokédex, so make sure to find each of the game's unique Pokémon before you start your search for the Legendary. Once you've cataloged every non-mythical Pokémon in the Hisui region, you'll be able to find Arceus in the area listed below:

• Coronet Highlands: Players can face Arceus in a boss encounter in the Temple of Sinnoh. This encounter is part of The Diefied Pokémon main Mission and can only be attempted once the Pokédex is completed.

How to Catch Arceus

To capture Arceus, players will have to defeat the creature in a boss battle similar to the Noble Pokémon fights throughout Pokémon Legends: Arceus. You'll be able to use balms and battle Arceus at specific points in the encounter. Just be prepared for a tough fight, as this Pokémon is level 75 and can be challenging to damage via combat.

Should players succeed in defeating this Legendary Pokémon, they'll receive a copy of Arceus to add to their collection along with the Legend Plate that allows this Pokémon to change its type at will.
