Where to find the Pokémon with two tail fins in Pokémon Legends: Arceus

Don't make the same mistakes we did.

Netta in Jubilife Village wants to see a fish with two tail fins but can't seem to remember what it's called.

The Pokémon you're looking for is Finneon. You may think it's Lumineon, but that would be wrong. It's Finneon. Don't ask us how we figured that out. Also, don't ask us why we have a level 60 alpha Lumineon and five fainted party members. There's absolutely no correlation at all.

Where to get a Finneon

Finneon can be found in the Cobalt Coastlands. You'll need to be able to cross the water to reach where Finneon lives, so you'll need to progress the story until you can ride Basculegion.

Specifically, Finneon can be found in the waters around the Seagrass Haven. You'll know if you're in the right place if you find a giant Lumineon with murder in its eyes.

The twin-tailed fish can be a nuisance to catch since it's skittish, small, and likely to vanish if you take too long. Just keep calm and lead your throws to hopefully net yourself a Finneon without too much trouble.

With your colorful fish in tow, head back to Jubilife Village and show Netta your catch. She'll thank you for your efforts with a Star Piece worth 5,000 Poké.

If you're interested in knowing: if you show Netta a Lumineon, she'll comment, "It's very pretty, but not what I'm looking for..." instead of her usual outright rejection.
