Lost Ark has many items and resources that players can find. These are typically found by exploring, killing monsters, or completing quests. One such item is Amethyst Shards. These are placed in the player's Storage once gathered. When hovering over Amethyst Shards, it informs players that they can turn these in at the Amethyst Shard Exchange Merchant.
The Amethyst Shard Exchange Merchant can be found in North Vern in Lost Ark. This is an endgame area, so players will be holding onto these Amethyst Shards for a while before they can spend them.
How to get Amethyst Shards in Lost Ark
An easy way to get Amethyst Shards in Lost Ark is by watching particular streamers on Twitch with drops enabled or by linking your Amazon Prime account. Both of these will reward you with Amethyst Shards.
- Twitch Drops - 1,500 Amethyst Shards
- Prime Account Link - 500 Amethyst Shards
The Amethyst Shard Exchange Merchant will also give you quests to earn more Amethyst Shard. However, since this is the endgame, you probably won't be able to get more soon.
