Where to find the Salt-grilled Saltbug in Lost Ark?

To get the Salt-grilled Saltbug, you need to head southeast of the Nomad Camp, just south of the path leading to Thorngrip Den. Here you find a few lone trees and some ice crystals. You are looking for a lone tree next to an old flag.

From the minimap, it's three ice crystals down from the path leading east. Investigate the base at the flat, and you will get the Salt-grilled Saltbug. Now all you have to do is open up your Inventory, right-click on the item in question, and it'll automatically be added to your Adventurer's Tome.

If you want, you can collect as many as you like, but it solves no real purpose to do so. You'll just have an inventory filled with useless Saltbugs. At least you'll have a snack for later!
