How to get The Origin of Tortoyk in Lost Ark

A book that should probably get a new edition.

The Origin of Tortoyk is an old Adventurer's Tome in Lost Ark. The item sometimes drops randomly on the Tortoyk Continent, and you can usually only get it there.

Where is The Origin of Tortoyk in Lost Ark?

The Origin of Tortoyk drops more frequently when fighting monsters with the glowing circle above their heads. It's best to go straight for the special monsters if you want to increase your chances of getting The Origin of Tortoyk.

There is no set way to earn these collection items. Since they're random drops, you should just run around killing monsters to earn them. The item will look like a decrepit old book.

Before you put it in your own Adventurer's Tome, it is best to take it somewhere secluded and away from monsters. Normally, the best place is Mokoko Village because that's the only area where you are completely safe.

Open your Inventory by pressing the I key and then right-click on The Origin of Tortoyk. You will receive a notification that The Origin of Tortoyk collection has been added to your Adventurer's Tome.
