You can find this Hidden story in the area south of Soldier Ant Nest dungeon but north of the Hoverboard Testing Site. It will be like a cliff overseeing a large canyon. Move to the northwest side of that cliff and look around the edge to find the papers that really stick out.

It's a bit out of your way, but there's a waypoint right next to the Soldier Ant Nest Dungeon. The monsters seem to want to follow the player as soon as they lock eyes, so kill them quickly when you get there.
