The second flower, the Chamomile, is located well into Chapter 3 when you gain access to the Herbalist's garden, trying to find Nightshade. In the middle of the garden, you will see a tree with a wooden ladder propped up against it. To the left of this ladder, dangling from the tree is a hanging basket. Sling the lock that keeps it in place, and loot the basket to acquire the flower.

After reaching the docks in Chapter 3, you'll now need to find the Order's Boat. The third flower is located not far in this part of the chapter. When you reach the water, head right and keep an eye on the greenery on your right. Eventually, you'll find a purple interactable flower, the Gentian.

Out of all the flowers, this flower is the hardest to find. In Chapter 5, play through the chapter until you make your way across the river using the pontoon and head towards the broken bridge. Here you will find a cart. Push the cart forwards toward the rock wall and to the left. Before you climb up, shoot a lock in the beams above, just before the small wooden board.

Climb up on the cart, over the wooden board, and continue up the cliff edge to find the Anemone flower.
