Captain Flameheart has returned in Sea of Thieves Return of the Damned adventure, along with new quests. The primary story in this adventure is whether you aid Belle or The Reaper in reviving or stopping Flameheart. To do so, you must give either pirate Bewitching Dolls or Enchanted Bewitching Dolls. This may leave you wondering how to get Bewitching and Enchanted Bewitching Dolls in Sea of Thieves.
Where to get Bewitching Dolls in Return of the Damned adventure in Sea of Thieves
You can find Bewitching Dolls in Sea Forts during the Return of the Damned adventure in Sea of Thieves. They are typically located within the Sea Fort's crates, cupboards, cabinets, and other furniture. It seems there are always at least two Bewitching Dolls within a Sea Fort, and one is guaranteed to be found within a cupboard in the Sea Fort's treasury. To gain access to the treasury, defeat the Sea Fort Captain and use its keys to open the door.

Where to get Enchanted Bewitching Dolls in Return of the Damned adventure in Sea of Thieves
You cannot find Enchanted Bewitching Dolls during the Return of the Damned adventure in Sea of Thieves. Instead, you must make them through enchanting Bewitching Dolls. To enchant a Bewitching Doll, you must defeat a Soulflame Captain and interact with its spirit to enchant a Bewitching Doll you are holding. Soulflame Captains have a chance to appear at active Sea Forts but are not guaranteed to appear.
Enchanted Bewitching Dolls are worth much more power than normal Bewitching Dolls; therefore, you should strive to turn these in when you can. Bewitching Dolls respawn at inactive forts after roughly 20 minutes, so long as no player is nearby, meaning you can farm them fairly easily. Unfortunately, there is no real way to farm Soulflame Captains and farm Enchanted Bewitching Dolls.
