Genshin Impact A Gathering of Outlanders Event Quest guide – Windblume’s Breath

Monstadt's infamous Windblume Festival runs from March 3, 2023, to March 27, 2023, and is one of Genshin Impact's biggest yearly events, bringing new friends and familiar faces into the nation of freedom. To participate in the festivities, you need to complete the first Windblume Encounter (Event Quest) called A Gathering of Outlanders.

How to unlock A Gathering of Outlanders Windblume quest in Genshin Impact

To unlock the first Event Quest in the Windblume Festival, you must meet the following prerequisites:

• Reach Adventure Rank 18 or above
• Complete the Archon Quest Prologue: Act III - Song of the Dragon and Freedom
• Optional: Complete the Archon Quest Chapter III: Act V - Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises
• Optional: Complete Albedo's Story Quest, the Princeps Cretaceus Chapter: Act I - Traveler Observation Report

If you haven't completed the optional requirements, head to the event menu and click on the Quick Start button. Otherwise, you'll automatically unlock the Windblume quest called A Gathering of Outlanders.

How to complete A Gathering of Outlanders Windblume quest in Genshin Impact

Upon accepting the quest, head to the Monstadt Adventurer's Guild to speak to Katheryne, who unfortunately has no Commissions for you during the Windblume Festival. Instead, Sucrose comes and asks for your help.

After your conversation, go to the fountain to greet Collei, who just arrived in the city. Once the dialogue segment is over, head to the gates to meet up with Cyno and Tighnari, and eventually Albedo as well.

Next, speak to Sara in The Good Hunter to order food. Then head to the camping side beside the Monstadt Fishing Association in front of Cider Lake. After a long dialogue segment, you need to head to Angel's Share to find Venti.

Venti is located behind Angel's Share, across the stairs that lead to the Monstadt Reputation Board. You can also locate the bar through the wine glass-shaped icon on the World Map and mini-map. After speaking with him, speak to Sucrose, who's located near the fountain.

This concludes the Event Quest, unlocking three activities you can participate in during the event:

• Floral Pursuit
• Ballads of Breeze
• Breezy Snapshots

The rest of the Windblume Encounters will also unlock throughout the event period, so make sure to tune in to complete this year's story.
