Each question pack, sans #11, has ten questions. You won’t need to answer them all, as not all will appear on the quiz. There are two types of tests for every Pack: Casual and Expert. There are NO differences in the questions involved. It’s just that, in Expert mode, you can only call on Teaks once and are required to get a perfect score. All Question Pack locations in Sea of Stars

Sans Question Pack #1, which is available by default, I’ll be listing down the locations of all the other Question Packs I find in the game. You'll have to go through a ton of adventuring to get some of them, but the reward will be worth it.

Question Pack #2 location

Question Pack #2 can be won from Edward Roulette in the Port Town of Brisk. You have to speak to the fortune teller outside his house to get the correct answer to appear on his Wheel.

Question Pack #3 location

Question Pack #3 is located in the Haunted Mansion library. Check out our photo above for the exact shelf location. It should twinkle.

Question Pack #4 location

Question Pack #4 is located on Jungle Path (the area you traverse after the events at Mirth). Swim through the shallow water in the very first area all the way to the northwesternmost corner of the map. It’s in a treasure chest.

Question Pack #5 location

Question Pack #5 is located in Songshroom Marsh, just past the gate you unlock after meeting Yomara. It's in a chest.

Question Pack #6 location

Question Pack #6 is hard to miss. You can find it in a chest in the Cloud Kingdom's inn/tavern.

Question Pack #7 location

Question Pack #7 can be found in the secret oasis in the Cerulean Expanse. I'm not exactly sure when you're free to explore this area, but it's definitely after this hooded figure in the Repine Inn can be spotted.

For me, I found him after the events at Lost Ones Hamlet and brought Wheels to Repine. As advised by his mumbling, once you enter the Cerulean Expanse, move South, Southwest, Southeast, and South starting from the first desert area.

Question Pack #8 location

Question Pack #8 can be found in the Sky Base near the elevator. You can't miss it while you're on the main story!

Question Pack #9 location

Question Pack #9 is located behind the locked Repine Equipment Shop door. To open it, you near a Cypher. A Cypher can be crafted in Serai's workshop using four Data Strips.

Question Pack #10 location

Question Pack #10 can be found in a chest in the Fleshmancer's Lair. This room is located in the Cultists' Resting Area. You'll find it near the back, on the first floor.

Question Pack #11 location

Question Pack #11 can be received as a reward for entering the Golden Pelican. Remember: this is an event you can do only after you've beaten the game once. Incidentally, the Golden Pelican is also where you'll get the last recipe (Legendary Feast) in the game, allowing you to unlock its achievements.

All Quiz Master rewards in Sea of Stars

Every time you complete a question pack, both on Casual or Expert mode, you receive gems you can sell for extra gold. However, once you've located and played all 11 Question Packs, the Quiz Master will reward you with a Flimsy Hammer as well. You can use it in the Ancient Crypt on Settler's Island after you've seen the True Ending. There are four of them in total, so be on the lookout!
