In short, you will need to buy crafting recipes from the Duke when you reached a certain point in the game, more will also unlock as you progress in the game.

You will also need to buy some of these recipes with a currency called Lel, and gather materials from various sources in the game. That being said, the following is all of the crafting recipes you can buy in Resident Evil Village. 

Pipebomb Recipe

This recipe costs 2500k in Duke's Emporium and will require the following materials to make

• One Chemical Fluid
• One Rusted Scrap
• Two Gunpowder

Mine Recipe

This recipe costs 4k in Duke's Emporium and will require the following materials to make.

• One Rusted Scrap
• One Metal Scrap

First Aid Med Recipe

This recipe is already unlocked when you start the game and require the following materials to make.

• One Herb
• One Chemical Fluid
