Apex Legends No Servers Found (PC or Console) – How to Fix

Server issues?

With over 100 million players worldwide, Apex Legends is one of the most popular game titles today. Like many popular games with a large player base, server issues are bound to happen. However, sometimes, server errors can be fixed. Here is how to fix the "No servers found" error in Apex Legends.

How to fix "No Servers Found" in Apex Legends

Check Apex Legends Servers

The first step to fixing the issue is checking if the servers are up at Downdetector or the official Apex Legends Twitter page. If there are server issues or maintenance, it will most likely be reported on both Downdetector and social media. If servers are down, you can check for updates from the developers and wait for the servers to return to normal.

Restart Launcher and Try Logging in

If the servers are not down, the issue could be an overflow of players. You may have encountered the "No servers found" error while stuck in queue instead of being able to log in. Servers can be overloaded during Apex Legends events or the start of a new season. Restart your launcher or console, then try logging in a few times. If the issue persists, try switching launchers or uninstalling the game.

Uninstall and Reinstall Apex Legends

Server issues may be solved by uninstalling and reinstalling Apex Legends. If there was a recent update, it may be the cause of server issues. While uninstalling Apex Legends, you can also reset your router or modem, which can also amend the issue in some cases.

How to Change Apex Legends Servers

When first opening Apex Legends, you will notice your server at the bottom of the screen. Your server is usually chosen automatically based on your location if not chosen manually. Changing the server may fix the problem, just make sure to choose one with a good connection.

How to Contact Apex Legends Customer Support

If all else fails, the customer support team should be able to help. You can submit a support ticket, check the server status, and check community posts at the Apex Legends Help Page. Describe the issue in detail and let customer support know all methods you have already tried.
