To unlock Hope's Dawn, you must collect all 24 cosmetic items from the Imperial Guard Collection Event while it is active. Luckily, the Imperial Guard Collection Event will feature 50% off all Crafting Metal prices for event items. This means that Legendary event items can be purchased for 1,200 Crafting Metals. In addition, players will be able to unlock two Imperial Guard Collection Event Packs in the free reward track.

Players who unlock the Hope's Dawn Heirloom, but already own Wraith's original Kunai, can switch between the two in the character tab in the Apex Legends menu. After the event is over, players can purchase Hope's Dawn with 150 Heirloom Shards.
