Apex Legends Season 16 Revelry is on the horizon, and players can look forward to many changes coming to the game. One of the highlights of the official announcement revolves around no new Legend being added in the upcoming season. Instead, the existing Legends will be adjusted with a rework for the entire class system. Here's what players need to know about these upcoming changes in Apex Legends Season 16 Revelry.
Will there be a new Legend arriving in Apex Legends Season 16 Revelry?
Unfortunately, no new Legends will be added in Apex Legends Season 16 Revelry. Instead, Remastered Legend Classes will be introduced as a balance change in the upcoming season. Five new Classes will be added, including Assault, Skirmisher, Controller, Recon, and Support. These new Classes will have unique perks that will simplify certain aspects of the game, like reviving squadmates or opening different loot bins.
The official blog also mentioned that Legends like Wraith, Seer, Lifeline, and others would be getting some balance changes. Catalyst arrived last season, reshaping the meta, and players will need time to adjust to the new Class system. A new energy weapon will also be added to the game to stand on par with the R-301 and VK-47 Flatline. The Nemesis AR was leaked a while ago, and its inclusion will definitely give players more options to work with as a primary weapon. More details will be released with the patch notes before the official launch. Apex Legends Season 16 Revelry is scheduled to release on February 14, 2023.
