How to increase gathering quality in Atelier Ryza 2 

To get better materials in Atelier Ryza 2, you will have to upgrade your gathering tools and unlock and increase your gathering quality via the skill tree. Increasing the gathering quality skill can be done inside the skill tree by putting points into the respective node on the skill tree; the more points you put in the gathering skill, the higher quality materials you will gather from gathering points. 

To upgrade tools, you will need to either unlock and make better ones or upgrade them via the synthesis crafting system. With synthesis, you can add traits such as chopping and all way up to masterful chopping to your tool, and doing so will increase the quality of materials you gather. That said, to upgrade a tool like this, you will need to add materials to it just like you would when making items through synthesis.

 It also follows the same rule of thumb, the more and better materials you add, the quality of the item will increase. You can also use recipe morph to unlock new higher tier versions of items you have unlocked; we recommend using this to get better versions of your tools in the game.

How to gather materials in Altair Ryza 2

In Atelier Ryza 2, there are literally hundreds of items you can gather while exploring its beautiful world; you can gather most items from specific gathering points, along with this, you can also gather various items from monsters in the game. To get items from monsters in the game, it's simple, just win the fight with them, and you will get the material afterward. 

To get other items, all you need to do is explore and find glowing objects such as bushes, rocks, and fruit lying on the ground to gather from gathering points. After this point, getting the items from these points is a simple matter of walking up and pressing a button; you will also need tools to gather certain items from some gather points. Examples of these tools include both fishing rods, Bomb rods, and bug nets; luckily, you can get these items from either the skill tree or merchants in the game.
