How to Spray in Back 4 Blood

Back 4 Blood is the latest cooperative shooter from Turtle Rock Studios. The prolific company famous for its Left 4 Dead franchise has created another zombie-slaying shooter that four friends can enjoy together. Not only can friends play in parties, but they can customize their Cleaner characters and decorate the map with spraypaints that they've equipped, but how does one spray the map in Back 4 Blood.

To spray in Back 4 Blood, hold up on the d-pad to bring up the interaction menu once the menu is open, scroll down to the spray option and release the d-pad once it's highlighted in the menu to spray the area you're facing.

Players can also unlock different types of sprays and customize them in the game's menus. To do so, head over to the personalization section of the Profile tab. Here, users can change the icon and background of their Spray patterns. Most spray types are locked and require players to purchase them in Supply Lines with Supply Points or complete Accomplishments for an expanded array of choices.

Back 4 Blood is available now for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
