How to born a male in New Jersey

To start the GTL challenge, you must make a male character from New Jersey. While creating your character, select male as your starting gender and pick the USA as your birth country. For the birth city, choose Newark as the city, which is inside New Jersey, indirectly finishing the objective.

How to go to the gym only once after the age of 18

This particular challenge is the easiest on the list. After turning 18, click on the Gym option under the Mind & Body tab in the Activity session to go for a workout session. That's it. Never go to the gym until your character dies to finish the task. 

How to get a Spray Tan

Getting a Spray Tan is pretty straightforward. Press the Salon & Spa option under the Activities tab and choose the Tanning Salon option. In the menu, select Spray Tan and pay $20 to $50 for a session. That's all you will receive a Spray Tan immediately.

How to undergo a penis enlargement surgery

For this, go to the Plastic Surgery section under the Activities tab and click on the penis enlargement surgery option. Choose a doctor and pay for the surgery to undergo the operation. It may cost anywhere from $5000 to $ 50K for it. Remember, if you pick a less experienced doctor, your surgery may get botched, resulting in your death. So, choose an experienced one that typically costs above $10K.

How to own a Lambo

The final objective of the GTL challenge is to own a Lambo. Head to the Car Dealers option under the Shopping section and click on any seller.

Browse through their listings for a Lambo and purchase it immediately if you find one. It may cost somewhere around the range of $500K to $3 million. So, save money by opening a business or any high-paying job like a Doctor/Lawyer before looking for a Lambo. If you cannot find a Lambo, restart your application to find new options.
