Completing the BitLife Neighborhood Watch Challenge is easy once you know how to achieve each objective. Start by creating any character of your choice, and then follow the steps below. To complete the Neighborhood Watch Challenge in BitLife, players will need to achieve the following main objectives:

Before starting the Neighborhood Watch challenge, you must buy the Landlord Expansion Pack in BitLife, as the entire challenge revolves around the DLC. You can purchase the DLC from the in-game store for $4.99

How to rent out more than five properties in BitLife

The first objective of the Neighborhood Watch challenge is to rent out more than five properties. Firstly, you must purchase five properties using the Real Estate option under the Shopping section in the Activities tab. 

After buying five properties, you can rent them out to different people using the Rent option inside the Property Management section under the Activities tab of your individual property. Ensure not to run any background checks on your clients, as we need tenants with criminal track records to finish other objectives in the challenge.

How to evict more than five tenants you discover behaving badly in BitLife

The second task in the Neighborhood Watch challenge is to evict five of your tenants indulging in bad or illegal behavior. To do this, you need to use the Inspect option inside the Property Management section under the Activities tab of your individual property. Once you use this option, you can secretly spy on your tenants. While spying, if you discover any of your tenants indulging in illegal or tacky behavior like running a secret mafia den or filming OnlyFans content, evict them on the spot using the Evict option under the Activities tab of the tenant.

How to hook up with more than three tenants in BitLife

The third objective in the Neighborhood Watch challenge is to hook up with three of your tenants. After keeping several tenants for your properties, choose any three tenants of your liking and start building a relationship with them by making conversation, gifting objects, and complimenting them. With time, the relationship meter will increase and turn green completely. At that time, use the Hook Up option to sleep with them. Once you have slept with three such people, the objective will be marked complete.

How to marry a tenant in BitLife 

The penultimate task in the latest challenge is to marry one of your tenants. To do this, increase your relationship rating with one of your tenants by making conversation, gifting objects, and complimenting them. Once the relationship meter turns green and touches 100%, Ask them out, followed by proposing with a ring and marrying them.

How to force out a Squatter in BitLife

The last objective of the Neighborhood Watch challenge is to force out a squatter. To finish this objective, you must keep a tenant with a low credit score. While picking a tenant for your place, ensure they have a poor credit score. Usually, such people have a credit score with an orange or red indicator rating. 

After housing such a tenant, it's all a waiting game. With time, mostly 3 to 4 years after living in your house, they will start skipping rent regularly and soon stop providing rent entirely, Turning themselves into a squatter. Now, click on their name from the properties section and use the Drive Out option to force them out of the house. Once you force them out, the challenge will be over.
