Completing the BitLife Patient Zero Challenge is easy once you know how to achieve each objective. Start by creating a male character out of Florida, and then follow the steps below.

To complete the Patient Zero Challenge in BitLife, players will need to achieve the following main objectives:

• Be born a male in Florida
• Become a roadkill remover
• Recover from more than 3 STDs
• Marry a doctor
• Suffer from more than five diseases at once

How to be born as a male in Florida - BitLife Guide

The first objective of the Patient Zero challenge is to be born as a male in Florida. By default, the game does not allow you to pick a State as a starting place. Instead, you can select any city inside that State to finish the objective. So, while creating the character, choose male as your starting gender and pick Miami or Orlando as your birthplace. After making such a character, the first objective will be over. 

How to become a Roadkill Remover in BitLife

The second objective in the current challenge is to become a Roadkill Remover in BitLife. To get this job, you do not require any educational qualification. After graduating high school, head to the Jobs section and search for a job named - Roadkill Remover(Small Business) with the Skull icon adjacent to the title. It may not appear immediately, as it is a rare post. So, keep aging to refresh the listing till you find one.

After finding one, apply for the interview and crack the test. Once you get the Roadkill Remover job, the second objective will be over.

How to Recover from more than 3 STDs in BitLife

The third quest in the latest challenge is to recover from more than 3 STDs. Before recovering from any STDs, you should have STDs in the first place. The best way to get STDs is by having unprotected intercourse while clubbing or using the Hook Up option from the Love section. The other way is to sleep with every senior above 50  from your college, office, or friends circle. Remember, if you use protection, you will never get any STDs. So, avoid it at any cost. With time, you will contract multiple STDs.

Once you have multiple STDs, it's time to cure those diseases. The best way to recover from STDs is by visiting the Doctor from the Activities tab. Also, always choose the best Doctor to get the best treatment and be cured. Continue treatment till you are free of any STDs. You can also make use of Witch Doctor to get rid of any certain STDs that are ineffective against the western procedure.

How to marry a Doctor in BitLife

The penultimate objective in the Patient Zero challenge is to marry a doctor. For this, you need to date a doctor. The best way to date a doctor is to get a job involving doctors or Hospitals, like a Pharmacist, Dental Hygiene, or Therapist. Once you get the job, choose a doctor. Then, befriend them by complimenting, spending time, and gifting them. Once the relationship meter is high between both, ask them out on a date. With time, propose to them and get married. While proposing, make sure to use a hefty and expensive ring to avoid any rejection.

How to suffer from more than five diseases at once in BitLife

The final objective of the Patient Zero challenge is to suffer from more than five diseases at a time. For this, take drugs or any other hazardous items from strangers during clubbing. Also, indulge yourself in unhealthy habits like never exercising, getting plastic surgeries regularly, never visiting doctors for simple illnesses, and having unprotected intercourse. With time, you will have more than five diseases at the same time, finishing the objective and the entire challenge.
