The first objective in the Tis Giving challenge is to give your friend a mansion. After turning 18, take up any high-paying job like a doctor, software engineer, or lawyer. Once you get a job, start saving until you have a bank balance of $5 million.
Head to the Shopping section under the Activities tab and choose any Real Estate agency. Browse their catalog and look for a house with a mansion tag. If you find such a listing, purchase the property with your hard-earned cash. Click on the Assets button from the main menu and select the mansion. Use the Gift option under the Activities tab of your house and pick one of your close friends. Hit the gift button to donate your mansion to that person, finishing the objective.

The next objective in the current is to gift something worth more than $ 1 million.
