Donating blood to a blood bank or another human being in a hospital is one of the noblest acts a person can perform. Like real life—BitLife—the text-based simulator, also enables its users to donate blood in the game. Apart from being a charitable action, giving blood has several benefits in the game ranging from decreasing your blood pressure to improving your Looks stat. To perform this generous act in BitLife, you must visit the Activities tab from the main menu and select the Doctor's option.

Why donate blood in BitLife?

There are many benefits to donating blood in BitLife:

  • Decrease of Blood Pressure and Diabetes
  • Less risk of getting blood-borne pathogens
  • Increase of Looks Stat
  • Improvement of internal Fame meter
  • Increase in overall health and wellbeing

I personally benefited a lot by donating blood to reduce my blood pressure while completing my challenge to become a Trillionaire in BitLife.

How to give blood in BitLife

To donate blood in BitLife, follow the given steps.

  • Open BitLife and reach the main menu
  • Click on the Activities option from the main menu

  • Navigate the various list of Activities and find the Doctor's section. Once found, click on it to open the Doctor's tab.

  • In the new window, pick the Donate Blood option to start donating blood to the blood bank.

Remember, you can only donate one to two times a year. You again start donating blood after aging up if you are donating blood as a part of any objective in a weekly BitLife challenge.
