The Painter Champion Challenge is the final entry into the series of events that celebrates the Color Fest in Clash of Clans. Similar to most other challenges, players are given a set number of troops and spells and are tasked with bringing down the defenses of the opponent village. It is a great way to showcase the Painter Champion skin for the Royal Champion, as well as earning XP, Gems, and a Builder Potion.
If you're struggling to get a three-star finish in this challenge, fret not. Here's how you can beat the Painter Champion Challenge in Clash of Clans.
How to get three-star in the Painter Champion Challenge in Clash of Clans
To finish this event challenge with three stars, you must strategically deploy your troops to maximize their utility. Following the steps below, you should be able to get a three-star completion easily.
Step 1: Deploy Rocket Balloons
To start the challenge raid, deploy two Rocket Balloons near the Archer Tower toward the left side of the base. This will help destroy the Archer Tower, as well as trigger the Poison Spell Tower nearby.
Step 2: Use Earthquake and Lightning Spells
After deploying the rocket balloons, drop the Earthquake Spell in between the Air Defense, Inferno Tower, and the Poison Spell Tower located toward the top of the base. Then, drop two Lightning Spells over the Air Defense to take it out and one more over the Inferno Tower.
Step 3: Deploy the Royal Champion
The next step is to deploy the Royal Champion near the Archer Tower toward the top of the base. Once the Royal Champion spawns, immediately use their Seeking Shield ability to knock down the Archer Tower, Inferno Tower, Sweeper, and Poison Spell Tower.
After doing so, the Royal Champion will move down to the Air Defense toward the left of the base before proceeding to attack the Inferno Tower nearby. Once the Inferno Tower falls, deploy all three Head Hunters near the ally Royal Champion to take down the enemy Royal Champion.
When the enemy Royal Champion is defeated, your allied Royal Champion will move down to attack the Air Defense toward the left side of the base. This will be your cue to drop the Skeleton Spell toward the left-side corner of the Scattershot. The Skeleton Spell will trigger both the Rage Spell Towers near the Town Hall, thereby negating the buff enemy artillery would potentially receive against your troops.
Step 4: Deploy Dragons and Balloons
Finally, deploy all your Dragons from the right side of the base, and make sure to spread them out evenly. Similarly, deploy your Balloons right behind your Dragons. Then, use one Freeze Spell on each of the two Inferno Towers as your troops begin to infiltrate the enemy base. You may also use Freeze Spell on the Eagle Artillery or the Scattershot.
After a few seconds, all enemy structures will be destroyed by your remaining troops, thus earning you the three-star completion on this event challenge with ease.
Painter Champion Challenge CoC Rewards
Beating the Painter Champion Challenge will reward players with 400 XP, 20 Gems, and a Builder Potion to speed up the builders in your town. Every player will get the following troops to use in the raid:
- Royal Champion
- 3 Rocket Balloons
- 7 Balloons
- 11 Dragons
- 3 Headhunters
- 3 Lightning Spells
- 1 Rage Spell
- 4 Freeze Spells
- 1 Earthquake Spell
- 1 Skeleton Spell
