Best Custard Cookie III Toppings build in Cookie Run: Kingdom

All hail Custard Cookie III!

Custard Cookie III is an adorable Rare Healing Cookie that all players can get for free at the start of the game. Despite being a free Cookie, Custard III's Skill is nothing to scoff at. Just like his dream of becoming a glorious king of the Vanilla Kingdom, his kit is very similar to Pure Vanilla Cookie's—but is more budget-friendly for beginners. With his recent buff, Custard Cookie III has become a viable team member who can protect your team from the rear.

King's Favor: Heals two Cookies with the lowest HP and also casts a short-living shield absorbing DMG. 'Cause that's what kings do!

  • Cooldown: 16 seconds
  • Healing: 113 percent of ATK (+2.15 percent per level)
  • Shield: absorbs 10 percent of max HP for three seconds

Custard Cookie III's kit is reminiscent of the Ancient Pure Vanilla Cookie. They both serve the same function, making Custard III a viable budget healer who's perfect for new players who need a dose of survivability. Due to how expensive it is to raise Cookies, it's not recommended to fully max out Custard Cookie III—but he's useable in any game mode during the early game.

There are a few ways to build Custard Cookie III, but a safe bet would be to go for a full Swift Chocolate build with ATK bonus stats. This allows you to decrease the Skill cooldown while still strengthening Custard III's heals, which scale off ATK. Since Swift Chocolates are so versatile, you can eventually pass these Toppings on to a new healer in the mid or late-game.

Alternatively, you can opt for a full set of Searing Raspberries with cooldown reduction bonus stats to prioritize Custard Cookie III's healing prowess while decreasing his cooldown on the side. This Topping set is also easy to pass onto a new Cookie later down the line.

Finally, a less popular build would be a full set of Sweet Candies, which amplifies buffs but is rarely used by Cookies in general. Regardless of what you choose, equip the Squishy Jelly Watch Treasure for cooldown reduction, plus ATK-boosting options like the Seamstress' Pin Cushion.
