Werewolf Cookie is an Epic Charge Cookie that prioritizes the front position of the team. His Skill revolves around his transformative abilities, offering some DPS and tank support as expected for Cookies of his archetype. Despite being around since launch, Werewolf has caught up with the meta thanks to his Magic Candy upgrade.

Werewolf Cookie is a frontline unit, making him susceptible to taking damage. Being a Charge Cookie, his stats aren't naturally inclined to being a full-on tank, so it's important to increase his survivability as much as possible. His best-in-slot Toppings build would be x5 Solid Almonds, with bonus stats that focus on DMG Resist and cooldown reduction.

I have used this build on Werewolf in the Arena, World Exploration, and other game modes. Because he isn't the tankiest unit in general, I enjoy pairing him with a strong healer like Pure Vanilla.

Werewolf Cookie doesn't have a strict Treasure requirement, but here are some that are immensely useful for him:

  • Sleepyhead Jelly Watch / Squishy Jelly Watch - for cooldown reduction
  • Sugar Swan's Shining Feather - useful in the Arena to revive one fallen ally

Transformation:

  • Takes his wolf form, causing area damage. In the wolf form, Werewolf Cookie has increased HP, becomes resistant to interrupting effects, and does more powerful double-strike regular attacks. Targets hit by double strikes may be stunned.

Skill specs:

  • Cooldown: 11 seconds
  • Transformation: +20 percent HP for 10 seconds
  • Single hit DMG: 207 percent
  • Regular attack DMG during Transformation: 77 percent
  • Regular attack Stun during Transformation: one second with 20 percent chance

Lone Hunter:

  • Enemies that are hit by regular attacks during transformation are inflicted with Injury. If Werewolf Cookie attacks injured enemies while transformed, he will inflict the Fatal Wound and Torn Scar debuff. At the end of his transformation, deals a final strike to his enemies. Werewolf Cookie's Magic Candy makes him heavier, making him less affected by Knockbacks and Flying.

Skill specs:

  • Cooldown: 11 seconds
  • Debuff Resist Up: 40 percent during Transformation
  • Injury: Max HP -1.2 percent (at the start of the battle) for 17 seconds, Injury cannot reduce Max HP by more than 25 percent
  • Fatal Wound: Increases Injury cap by 40 percent for 17 seconds
  • Final hit DMG: 30 percent of Werewolf Cookie's Max HP
