How to change tattoos and cyberware in Cyberpunk 2077 2.0

Change your features here!

Character customization is one of the key aspects of Cyberpunk 2077. While creating an ability-focused build improves the gameplay experience, you should also try out aesthetical improvements like adding tattoos and changing hair color. With the 2.0 update, you can finally modify tattoos without using mods in Cyberpunk 2077.

Where to change Tattoos and Cyberware in Cyberpunk 2077 2.0

You can change your character's tattoos and cyberware at the Ripperdoc in Cyberpunk 2077. To find one, open the Night City map and set the Filter to Custom. Select only Ripperdoc from the list to highlight these vendors (see image). Click on the nearest doctor to set a waypoint to its location. You can drive your vehicle there or simply fast-travel to the nearest drop point.

How to change Tattoos in Cyberpunk 2077 2.0

At the Ripperdoc, select the second option to change your appearance. Scroll down the list to the Facial Tattoos tab and select from the available tattoos for your face. Furthermore, you can find the Body Tattoos option at the bottom of the list. Select your preferred tattoos and confirm to apply the appearance changes to your character.

How to change Cyberware in Cyberpunk 2077 2.0

You can also change your cyberware at the Ripperdoc by selecting the first option. Replacing your implants is a great way to upgrade or modify your character's abilities. There are several options to choose from here, including the Hands tab, in which you can find some unique tattoos. There's only one slot available for Hands implant, but you can increase it by unlocking the Ambidextrous perk from the Technical Ability perk tree.
