Dying Light 2 has 24 combat skills and 24 parkour skills. There is a lot to choose and not all of them are worth it. Here's a list of the best skills to unlock first.

All Skills cost 1 combat or parkour point, which can be earned by completing quests or using combat or parkour skills. Some skills will require a prerequisite skill or a certain amount of Health or Stamina Points.
Combat Skills
Combat Skills focus on improving your weapon, parkour, and stealth capabilities against humans and the infected.
- Power Attack - (120 Health Required) Perform a powerful attack that deals more damage, interrupts enemy attacks, and blocks.
- Block Projectiles - (160 health and Perfect Parry Required) Block incoming projectiles like knives and arrows.
- Stab - (160 Health Required) Quickly take down an unaware enemy (requires a throwing knife).
- Drop Kick - (180 Health Required) Perform a powerful kick while jumping.
Parkour Skills
Parkour Skills are used to traverse the world quickly and efficiently. Parkour is essential to get in or out of combat situations.
- Firm Grip - Make the last climb on ledges even when your stamina is gone and briefly maintain your grip when you land on ledges from great heights.
- Sleek Runner - (120 Stamina Required) Increase your speed while navigating tricky obstacles.
- Far Jump – (120 Stamina Required) Use any obstacle to spring from it and jump further.
- Dart - (140 Stamina Required) Temporarily increases your movement speed.
