How to manually save your game in Dying Light 2

Save when you can.

Dying Light 2: Stay Human is a tense game, mixing survival, action, challenge, and finishing it off with zombies. As players progress, they also have to make tough choices. This may leave players wondering if they can manually save their game and how to do it in Dying Light 2.

The only way to manually save in Dying Light 2 is to find a bed and sleep in it. Beds can be found commonly in safe zones which are marked on the player's map. Other than that, the player must rely on the autosave system.

Fortunately, Dying Light 2 does autosave frequently and the player can manually trigger the game to autosave by completing a mission or objective. Players can also trigger autosaves by fast traveling once they unlock this.

Without the ability to manually save, players need to be more careful in their gameplay. It also means you cannot just put the game down anytime but rather need to wait for it to autosave to keep progress.
