How to upgrade the Grappling Hook in Dying Light 2

Can the Grappling Hook get any better?

The Grappling Hook is one of the tools that players can use in Dying Light 2 to get around the game's huge map. Naturally, players will want to improve this tool if possible, as traversal is very important in Dying Light 2.

Players can upgrade the Grappling Hook by finding a Craftmaster, usually located in friendly bases. Open their store, flip to the Upgrade section, and find the Grappling Hook upgrade. This upgrade will set players back 2,000 Old World Money and two Military Tech, but it is entirely worth the effort. The Grappling Hook's upgrade will allow the tool to pull players towards it, making movement even easier.

How to unlock the Grappling Hook

The Grappling Hook won't be available to players in Dying Light 2 right away. As with other mechanics like the Paraglider, Co-op, and fast travel, players will have to play the game for a few hours before unlocking the Grappling Hook.

Players will unlock the Grappling Hook as they progress through the story. During a story mission titled Broadcast, players will find the Grappling Hook by looking around the elevator. This tool can't be missed, so there is no need to worry.
