When do you unlock the paraglider in Dying Light 2?

Completing the Let's Waltz story mission unlocks the paraglider in Dying Light 2. The Paraglider lets users move through the air at the cost of some of their stamina, so you'll be able to steer this new device as long as you've got the energy. Once you're out of power, you'll lose control of the device, so make sure to land before that happens.
