Margit’s Shackle – How to get them in Elden Ring

Tiny Music Box is that you?

The coveted item of players struggling with Margit, The Fell Omen, can be purchased from none other than Patches. This will cost 5000 Runes, and it can be used twice during the boss fight and is limited to the first phase of the fight. To access the item in the first place, players will need to engage in a fight with an Invader by the name of Bloody Finger Nerijus before exploring the area.

Where to find Patches

On the way to Murkwater Cave, players will probably be invaded by Bloody Finger Nerijus. They will also be helped by the additional summon of Bloody Finger Hunter Yura towards the direction the player came from. Running back towards the bridge to meet up with Yura to take on Nerijus is an easy way of turning the fight into a two versus one very quickly. Yura can be found again at the end of the ravine.

Inside Murkwater Cave, Patches is located towards the right of the cave. Interacting with the chest will cause him to appear, prompting a fight that he will surrender from. Once players spare Patches and forgive him, he will offer to sell them if they return. Simply leave the cave and come back, and Patches will have some goodies to sell, including Margit's Shackle.
