Fallout 4 Trophy Guide

War never changes... But my trophy case does.

For achievement and trophy hunters, knowing is half the battle, be it how to unlock trophies or what trophies they have left to acquire. In the case of a game as massive as Fallout 4, information like a trophy list is imperative to success, and before they start to install mods on Fallout 4, many players may want to get the coveted 100% completed trophy list.

  • Armed and Dangerous: Create a total of 50 Weapon Mods.
  • Wasteland D.I.Y.: Craft a total of 100 items.
  • Never Go It Alone: Recruit five unique companions.
  • Lovable: Reach a maxed-out Relationship level with any companion.
  • Fix-Er-Upper: Build a total of 100 Workshop items.
  • Future Retro: Play a Holotape game.
  • ...The Harder They Fall: Kill five Giant creatures.
  • Ranger Corps: Discover 100 unique locations.
  • Print's Not Dead: Read 100 unique magazines.
  • Prankster's Return: Placed a grenade or mine in someone's pocket while pickpocketing them.
  • Masshole: Kill a total of 3,000 people.
  • Animal Control: Kill a total of 300 creatures.
  • Homerun!: Get a homerun.
  • Touchdown!: Get a touchdown.
  • They're Not Dolls...: Collect 10 unique Vault-Tec bobbleheads.
  • ...They're Action Figures: Collect 20 unique Vault-Tec bobbleheads.
  • Born Survivor: Reach level five.
  • Commonwealth Citizen: Reach level 10.
  • Unstoppable Wanderer: Reach level 25.
  • Legend Of The Wastes: Reach level 50.
  • Prepared For The Future: Decide the fate of the Commonwealth.

That marks the end of the trophy list for the base game! All trophies past this point will be DLC trophies.

  • Just Add Saltwater: Cook one of the New Far Harbor recipes.

Contraptions Workshop DLC

  • Show Off: Display a weapon, armor, and Power Armor in a Power Armor display.
  • Time Out: Assign a settler to a pillory.
  • Mass Production: Produce 100 total objects from your builders.

  • Oversight: Become Overseer.
  • Better Living Underground: Unlock all areas of Vault 88.
  • Vault Dweller: Equip a Vault 88 suit and Pip-boy on a settler.

  • Reading For A Living: Complete 12 quests for any Nuka-World Raider Gangs.
  • Diebrarian: Collect every issue of Scav! magazine.
  • Beverageer: Create 20 different flavors of Nuka-Cola.
  • Hostile Takeover: Establish eight total Raider Camps in the Commonwealth.
  • All Sugared Up: Defeat 40 Nuka-World creatures while under the effect of any Nuka-Mix flavor.
  • Eyes On The Prize: Redeem 100,000 tickets at the Nuka-Cade.
  • Taken For A Ride: Complete the Taken For A Ride quest.
  • The Grand Tour: Complete The Grand Tour quest.
