Few things are popular in Final Fantasy XIV as collecting mounts. Those invested in the game often spend countless hours farming these varied machines and creatures. This includes the Cruise Chaser, a two-person mount that lets a friend come along for the ride.
Players can purchase the Cruise Chaser Identification Key in the Final Fantasy XIV Online store for $29.99. Using this item will unlock the Cruise Chaser. After players purchase this unique machine, they'll be able to use it on any character on their account.

After purchasing the Identification Key, users can go in-game to visit a Delivery Moogle. Players can find these NPCs in any of the game's cities and hub areas. Look for an envelope on the map that signifies their location. After talking to the Delivery Moogle, grab the Cruise Chaser Identification Key from your inventory and use it to unlock this mount permanently.
If the Delivery Moogle does not have your package, try waiting a few hours before revisiting them, packages can take time to be added to each account.
