How you go about getting the Dancer class in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes varies depending on your route. It could be in the Ordelia region or the Martyn region. The one thing that stays roughly the same is the survey spot information.

It will have a slightly different survey description, but it will always have some distance from the battlefield in the text. The survey condition will be Must complete all side missions in this area. Upon clicking this survey spot, a noblewoman will speak to you and mention how you have inspired her. She will then hand over her book on secret techniques for dancing, which unlocks the Dancer class. To switch to the new class, you must go to the Training Grounds to unlock it with any unit you want.
