According to HYPEX on Twitter and a few other leak sources, Fortnite has already begun adding recognizable gear and items back to the game files. However, they have yet to make an actual appearance in-game. One of these items included Luke Skywalker's Lightsaber, which could be a weapon for players to utilize in battle as we've seen before, or possibly even mean Luke could be showing up as an NPC, wielding his Lightsaber somewhere on the map in the near future.

Since the Battle Pass has already been filled up and revealed Gwen Stacy as the Page 10 crossover skin, Luke could potentially be added in a different way or location, such as the Shop. If Luke is added as an NPC, it could mean more awesome Star Wars content is on its way to Fortnite, including the return of the Lightsaber melee weapons.

Fortnite always delivers surprising and enjoyable crossovers to the game every season. The Star Wars items, particularly, bring a fun new dynamic to your gameplay. How do you think Luke will make a return to the game? Let us know in the comments below and who else you'd like to make a cameo!
