To obtain a Concealed Claw, you need to find and kill Rifthounds at any level. Upon eliminating these wolf entities, they have a chance to drop Concealed Claws.
You can get these from any of the Rifthound Family, no matter the Element or the size.
The fastest way to get around is to use the Waypoints, and travel around Tsurumi Island, kill everything in sight, and then move on. The image below is where you can find Rifthounds in Inazuma.
Residual body tissue left behind by one of the Riftwolves. By ordinary logic, these objects, so alien to this world, should not have remained behind after these abnormal creatures were excised from the land.
