Drama Phantasmagoria: Tale of the Sword-Wielding Princess! is a limited-time World Quest that can be completed in the Golden Apple Archipelago during the Genshin Impact Summertime Odyssey event, which runs from July 15, 2022, to August 24, 2022. In this quest, you can help the Twilight Theater Troupe complete a play and get 10 Chests and a limited Furnishing in return.
How to unlock Drama Phantasmagoria Tale of the Sword-Wielding Princess! World Quest in Genshin Impact
To unlock this World Quest, you need to complete the entire Golden Apple Archipelago questline until Immernachtreich Apokalypse. Complete all three parts of Fischl's Mirage to unlock the Holy Land in the Twinning Isle, where this quest takes place.
Once you've completed the prerequisites, head to the area circled in the image above in the Twinning Isle. You'll see a blue exclamation mark, indicating a World Quest. Upon entering the castle gates, a dialogue with the Twilight Theater Head will prompt.
Drama Phantasmagoria Tale of the Sword-Wielding Princess! gameplay mechanics
In this World Quest, the actors are Night Raven statues that need some help being placed on the stage. Your goal is to listen to the flow of the story and then choose an actor based on the hints provided by the cast (usually the Narrator). You can Listen to the monologue of each prospective actor to determine whether they're fit for the role. Once you've made a choice, select Help the actor take the stage, then place them in the position marked by a spotlight on the stage.

The quest involves one Prologue, three Interludes, and one Finale. Each part is divided into two, and you need to watch both parts to consider the segment complete. Interact with the bulletin board beside the stage when you're ready to start.
Prologue
Interact with the bulletin board and select Watch First Half to start. In the first half of the prologue, only one actor needs to be placed on stage, so you don't need to choose from a group. You'll be rewarded with a Common Chest for your effort.
After that, interact with the bulletin board again and select Watch Second Half. Reference the image above for the order by which to place the actors. Start with the leftmost Night Raven, then the rightmost, then the center. You'll be rewarded with a Precious Chest upon completing the prologue.
Interlude #1
Head to the area circled in the image above to start interlude #1. The interludes can technically be done in any order, but the actual play is dependent on the stage. So if you choose to do a different interlude first, follow this guide based on which area you go to.
First Half
Interact with the bulletin board and select Watch First Half to start. Reference the image above for the order by which to place the actors on stage. Start from the leftmost Night Raven, then the center, and end with the rightmost one. You'll be rewarded with a Common Chest for completing this segment.
Second Half
Interact with the bulletin board and select Watch Second Half to start. Reference the image above for the order by which to place the actors on stage. Start from the rightmost Night Raven, then the center, and end with the leftmost one. You'll be rewarded with a Precious Chest for completing this segment.
Interlude #2
Head to the area circled in the image above to find the stage for interlude #2. You can swim to the area directly from the location of the previous interlude.
First Half
Interact with the bulletin board and select Watch First Half to start. Reference the image above for the order by which to place the actors on stage. Start from the Night Raven on the right, then place the other one when it's their turn to shine.
You'll also be asked to place a cloaked actor onto the stage, but the game is bugged for some players and will not show the new actor. If that happens, just interact with the blank space shining from the spotlight, and the mystery Raven will appear. You'll be rewarded with a Common Chest for completing this segment.
Second Half
Interact with the bulletin board and select Watch Second Half to start. Reference the image above for the order by which to place the actors on stage. They can be placed from right to left while ignoring the leftmost Night Raven. You'll be rewarded with a Precious Chest for completing this segment.
Interlude #3
Head to the area circled in the image above to find the stage for interlude #3.
First Half
Interact with the bulletin board and select Watch First Half to start. Reference the image above for the order by which to place the actors on stage. Start from the leftmost Night Raven, then pick the middle, and then the rightmost one. You'll be rewarded with a Common Chest for completing this segment.
Second Half
Interact with the bulletin board and select Watch Second Half to start. Reference the image above for the order by which to place the Night Ravens on stage. You might notice that #4 is missing, as #3 will bail in the middle of the play, forcing you to recruit actor #4 from the sidelines before placing #5 on stage.
Actor #4 can be found on the far left of the stage. If you're unable to interact with the statue, try relogging to solve the problem. You'll be rewarded with a Precious Chest for completing this segment.
Finale
Head to the area circled in the image above to find the stage for the finale of the play.
First Half
Interact with the bulletin board and select Watch First Half to start. Reference the image above for the order by which to place the actors on stage. Start from the rightmost Night Raven, then the middle, and then the leftmost one. You'll be rewarded with a Common Chest for completing this segment.
Second Half
Interact with the bulletin board and select Watch Second Half to start. Reference the image above for the order by which to place the actors on stage. Start with the leftmost Night Raven, then the middle, then the rightmost one. You'll be rewarded with a Precious Chest for completing this segment.
After the play, make sure to talk to the Theater Head to take a photo with the troupe and get a Keepsake Photo of Twilight Theater for your Serenitea Pot as a reward. Also, interact with the Investigate spot on the front edge of the stage to get a Quest Item called Twilight Theater Head's Notes.
