While looting from sparkling spots in Sumeru's rainforests, you might have picked up a few Lost Energy Blocks, which are Quest Items used to load Damaged Ruin Guards. By finding 15 Lost Energy Blocks and using them to load five Ruin Guards, you'll unlock a hidden Wonders of the World Achievement called In the Name of Anfortas.
How to load Damaged Ruin Guard with Lost Energy Blocks in Genshin Impact
Lost Energy Blocks can be fed to five Damaged Ruin Guards all over Sumeru. However, you must first look for a nearby Dendro Rock and break it to reveal a non-hostile Ruin Scout. It will act like a Seelie that will guide you to the location of the Ruin Guard and then spawn two Ruin Sentinels. After defeating the enemies, you can loot an Exquisite Chest and feed the Lost Energy Blocks to the Ruin Guards.
You can complete the below puzzles in any order. It costs three Lost Energy Blocks to load up each Ruin Guard. Once you're done with all five, you'll unlock the Wonders of the World Achievement called In the Name of Anfortas.

What is the meaning of all Damaged Ruin Guard codes in Sumeru?
After feeding each Ruin Guard with Lost Energy Blocks, you'll unlock five codes:
- Records: Code "Fehu": ".2-.1.-1..1-2.1-1.2-.2.-"
- Records: Code "Uruz": ".1-..1.-.-.1-.2-.2-1.1-2-.-.3-..."
- Records: Code "Thurisaz": "-..1-..1.-.3-...1-1.2-3-2-2.-.."
- Records: Code "Ansuz": "1-1.2-....-..1.-2-....-.2-.1..-1.-"
- Records: Code "Raidho": "1..1-....-..1.-2.-."
These have been deciphered and broken down by talented HoYoLAB user Holou, alongside other Ruin Guard codes found in other parts of the game. It was broken down as follows:
- The codes were merged together in alphabetical order based on the Futhark runes that date back to the Germanic culture (the Records above are listed alphabetically—Fehu first and Raidho last).
- Dashes must be converted to spaces, while numbers must be converted to their equivalent in dashes (i.e., the number 2 converts to two dashes --).
- From there, the message can be deciphered in Morse Code or the Vigenère cipher using the key ANFORTAS.
The fully-deciphered message reads: We Schwanenritters have fought to the last one.
