Xiphos' Moonlight is a four-star sword that buffs the wielder's Energy Recharged based on their Elemental Mastery. As such, the sword is perfect for characters who heavily rely on these two stats, as it will help you offset what you lack from Artifacts.
How to get the Xiphos' Moonlight in Genshin Impact
The Xiphos' Moonlight is a limited weapon that can only be obtained whenever it's featured on rate-up in the Epitome Invocation banner, which you can pull on using Primogems and Intertwined Fates. As such, you need to wait for it to go on rotation and hope for the best.

- Base Attack: 42 to 510
- Substat: Elemental Mastery (36 to 165)
- Passive: Jinni's Whisper—The following effect will trigger every 10 seconds: The equipping character will gain 0.036/0.045/0.054/0.063/0.072 percent Energy Recharge for each point of Elemental Mastery they possess for 12 seconds, with nearby party members gaining 30 percent of this buff for the same duration. Multiple instances of this weapon can allow this buff to stack. This effect will still trigger even if the character is not on the field.

Who can use the Xiphos' Moonlight in Genshin Impact
Xiphos' Moonlight is great for sub-DPS and support characters who rely on Elemental Mastery and Energy Recharge to dish out damage. It's an especially amazing four-star pick for an Elemental Mastery build Kazuha, but you may want to pull for higher Refinements to generate as much Energy Recharge as possible and keep his Burst at maximum uptime.
