Puzzles are in no short supply in the God of War series, and Ragnarok is no different. When exploring the Aurvangar Wetlands, you need to open a gate in the water to progress. Here's a guide on turning the wheel and opening the gate in the Aurvangar Wetlands in God of War Ragnarok.

How to solve the wheel puzzle at the gate of Aurvangar Wetlands in God of War Ragnarok

In God of War Ragnarok, solving the puzzle to move the wheel to open the gate in Aurvangar Wetlands is relatively simple. Here you'll find your first capped geyser, however, using your chain to open it doesn't seem to do anything and will not reach the wheel to open the gate. You need to freeze the water somewhere else to make that specific geyser more powerful.

Open the capped geyser, then lob your Leviathan Axe at the water to freeze it. Jump over, and climb the wooden platforms in front of you. At the top, defeat the enemies that appear. After dispatching them, turn and look at the water wheel.

To the left of the wheel is an already opened geyser gushing out water. Recall your axe, and throw it at the base of the water of this geyser. Doing this will increase the strength of the newly open geyser and start turning the wheel to unlock the gate and allow you to progress.
