What level does Cyndaquil evolve in Pokémon Legends: Arceus

Too hot to handle.

Starters are integral to any mainline Pokémon game, and Pokémon Legends: Arceus is no different. Players will choose Rowlet, Oshawott, or Cyndaquil as their first partner Pokémon this time around, and those who decided to ally with the fire starter may be wondering what level the creature evolves.

Cyndaquil evolves into Quilava at level 17 in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Cyndaquil's final evolution, Hisuian Typhlosion, becomes available at level 36 for the fire starter and boasts a unique look and a new Fire / Ghost typing.

To level up your Cyndaquil quickly, make sure you're using it as the primary fighter in your battles, as active battlers get the most experience in the field. You'll also gain experience gathering resources and capturing Pokémon outside of combat. After you've hit the required level to evolve, head to your satchel and press X when hovering over Cyndaquil to start the evolution.
