Halo Infinite is now available for Xbox and PC, and players will need the best Sensitivity settings before jumping into the fan-favorite Multiplayer mode. While these settings will mostly depend on personal preferences, we will highlight the optimal parameters that players should follow.
Some of the basics remain the same like keyboard players being able to compensate for low sensitivity with a high DPI mouse. Regardless, with the best Sensitivity settings, players will be able to answer the age-old controller versus keyboard debate.
Controller Sensitivity Settings
Look Acceleration in Halo Infinite determines how soon your Spartan accelerates into maximum turning speed after input. On the other hand, Look Sensitivity determines the maximum turning speed. High settings for both will allow you to turn faster but this will compensate for aim accuracy.
We advise players to tinker with Deadzone settings based on their preference. It is a new setting added to Halo Infinite to counter controller stick drift. Here are our recommended Sensitivity settings for Controller players:
- Look Acceleration: 3
- Look Sensitivity (Horizontal): 5.5
- Look Sensitivity (Vertical): 6.5
- Look: Axial Deadzone: 1
- Look: Center Deadzone: 4
- Zoom Level: 1.4x
- Move: Center Deadzone: 4
- Move: Max Input Threshold: 0
- Move: Axial Deadzone: 5
PC Sensitivity Settings
- Mouse Sensitivity: 7 (low DPI mouse) and 3 (800 DPI and above)
- Vertical Sensitivity Scale: 1.0
- Horizontal Sensitivity Scale: 1.0
- Magnification: 1.4x
Players need to consider a lot of factors before finding the perfect sensitivity. We encourage you to experiment with both high and low sensitivity to see which works best based on your setup.
