Leak: Halo Infinite reveals that Forge mode will have full scripting system

Forge has never been better.

Many Halo fans were disappointed at the news that Halo Infinity would launch without a campaign or a forge mode. 343 stated that these modes would come later, with forge being planned for a season 3 release of Infinite's post-launch content. Some fans couldn't wait, and it appears that forge has leaked.

Halo Infinite's Forge mode could end up being the greatest Forge mode that the Halo series has seen. It appears to have a full-fledged scripting system that will give players even greater freedom and control over the game types and maps they make.

This is done through a node system that Halo players can interact with. You can see some screenshots and videos of this below.

Halo 5 had an impressive Forge mode that allowed users to create games within Halo 5 such as Pong, Galaga, and many classic game types from previous Halo forge modes. If these leaks are true, then Halo Infinite's forge mode will allow even more impressive builds.

Whether or not this Forge mode will make it into release is yet to be seen. 343 still has time before its release to change things and make modifications. But if this is true, it shows that 343 is putting some proper time into Forge mode, and the delay would be worth it.
